Online Registration: Online Registration will close at 1:00pm September 3rd, 2026.

Registration Fees may be paid online if registering online at: www.windsorseptemberfest.com

In-person Registration: Register before the event in person from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. (Details on the attached form)

Registration fees paid in person must be paid in cash or check payable to Windsor SeptemberFest.

Pre-registering is strongly encouraged.

I agree to assume full responsibility for my child, myself, and our personal property and will not hold the State of Missouri, Henry County, City of Windsor, Windsor SeptemberFest, or anyone associated in any way liable for any personal injuries or accidents, loss or damages to person or property. Participants agree to observe all rules of this contest. All judges decisions are final. Participants warrant that by completing and signing this Agreement that he/she has read and understands the rules of this contest and the fees associated.

I further certify the above information above is correct and allow Windsor SeptemberFest to take and post pictures of my child with names of the child and names of parents/guardian for the purposes of posting on SeptemberFest social media and promotions as well as publication in the Windsor Review at the discretion of Windsor SeptemberFest committee.
